چکیده

A male in his late teens presented with sudden onset left-sided hemiparesis and right-sided facial weakness. The patient had a history of persistent pulsatile headache for 1 year the blurring vision. He also diaphoresis palpitations. was diagnosed as case hypertension back. On examination, Right-sided upper motor neuron type palsy present, power 0/5 left lower limbs; BP 220/120 mm Hg controlled using prazosin nifedipine. non-contrast computed-tomography scan (NCCT) brain revealed an intracerebral hemorrhage right ganglio-capsular region. Abdominal CT findings suprarenal mass. 24-hour urinary normetanephrine elevated, suggesting diagnosis pheochromocytoma. surgical resection mass delayed developed Dengue shock syndrome, he died multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
